89k Frequently Asked Questions

Got a question about your account, deposits, withdrawals, cricket betting or casino games? Browse the sections below — most answers are right here.

Creating an account is straightforward. Click Register in the top menu, fill in your mobile number, choose a username and password, then confirm. The whole process takes under two minutes. Make sure the mobile number you use is active because it will be needed if you ever need to reset your password.

Go to the Login page and tap the "Forgot password?" link below the password field. You will be guided through a verification step using your registered mobile number. Once verified, you can set a new password and log in straight away. If you run into trouble, contact our live chat support — available 24/7.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts may be suspended. If you accidentally created two accounts, contact support straight away so the situation can be sorted out without any impact on your funds.

Log in and head to your Account Settings. Some details can be updated directly from there. For changes to your registered mobile number, you will need to go through a quick identity verification step — this is to protect your account from unauthorised changes.

Yes. 89k uses encrypted connections to protect data in transit and never shares your personal information with third parties for marketing. For the full details on how your data is handled, read our Privacy Policy.

89k supports several payment options popular with Pakistan players:
  • JazzCash — quick mobile wallet transfers
  • Easypaisa — send from your Easypaisa wallet or app
  • Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers via Pakistan's real-time payment system
  • Bank Transfer — direct transfer from any Pakistani bank
  • Debit/Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard
  • Mobile Wallets — other supported digital wallets
All amounts are processed in PKR.

JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast deposits are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfers and card payments can take a little longer depending on your bank's processing times. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, check your bank or wallet transaction history first, then reach out to support with the transaction reference.

Minimum deposit amounts depend on the payment method chosen. JazzCash and Easypaisa typically have a low entry point, making it easy to start with a small PKR amount. The exact minimums are shown on the deposit screen once you are logged in and have selected your preferred method.

89k does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa) may apply its own service charges. Check with your provider if you are unsure about any fees on their end before sending.

Log in, go to the Withdrawal section in your account, choose your preferred method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, or card), enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation notification once the transfer is on its way.

Most withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank. VIP members benefit from priority processing, which means faster turnaround times. If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected, contact live chat support with your transaction reference.

Yes, a minimum withdrawal threshold applies and varies by method. The exact figures are displayed when you initiate a withdrawal from your account dashboard. Keeping your withdrawal amount above the minimum ensures it is processed without any delays or rejections.

Common reasons include an incomplete account profile, an unmet bonus wagering requirement, or a mismatch between your account details and the payment method details. Check your account settings to make sure everything is filled in correctly. If the issue persists, our support team can review the specific reason and help you resolve it quickly.

  • T20 International fixtures featuring Pakistan's national side
  • ODI series and bilateral tours

Head to Sports to see everything that is live or upcoming right now.

You can bet on match winners, top batsman, top bowler, total runs in an over, total match runs, method of dismissal, and much more. In-play betting lets you place bets while the match is ongoing, with odds updating ball by ball. Football and Esports markets are also available for fans of those sports.

Once a match starts, the live betting section activates. Odds shift in real time based on what is happening on the pitch. You can add selections to your bet slip and confirm while the game is in progress. Be quick — odds on popular markets can change fast, especially after a wicket or a big over. Always check that the odds shown match your expectation before confirming.

If a match is officially abandoned before a result is reached, most bets are voided and the stake is returned to your account balance. For matches that are reduced by weather but still produce a D/L method result, bets are usually settled on the official outcome. Specific rules for each market are displayed on the betting page. Check our Terms and Conditions for the full settlement rules.

89k's casino section covers live dealer tables including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, teen patti, and dragon tiger — all streamed in real time with professional dealers. The Slots and Slot Games sections offer hundreds of titles from classic three-reel machines to feature-rich video slots with free spins, multipliers, and progressive jackpots. Bingo is also available for a more relaxed gaming experience.

Yes. Many slot titles have a demo or practice mode where you can spin without risking any real money. This is a great way to learn the paylines, bonus features, and volatility of a game before committing your PKR balance. Look for the "Demo" or "Try for Free" option on the slot game thumbnails.

All slot games on 89k use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, meaning every spin outcome is completely random and independent of previous results. Live casino games are streamed from professional studios with real decks and real dealers, adding an extra layer of transparency. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot is usually visible in the game information panel.

89k is fully mobile-optimised. Open your browser on any Android or iPhone, log in, and navigate to Casino. Live tables load directly in the browser — no app download needed. A stable internet connection is recommended for the smoothest live streaming experience, especially when playing on mobile data.

Every bet you place and every spin you take earns VIP points. As your points accumulate, you progress through VIP levels — each level unlocks better rewards including cashback on losses, faster withdrawal processing, higher deposit limits, and access to exclusive promotions. Visit the VIP page to see the full tier breakdown and what you need to reach the next level.

New members who register and make their first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus. The current welcome offer details — including the bonus amount in PKR and any applicable wagering requirements — are displayed on the promotions section after you log in. Always read the bonus terms so you know exactly what is required to convert the bonus into withdrawable cash.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain total amount before a bonus can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable. Progress towards your wagering target is tracked in your account bonus section. Sports bets and casino games may contribute different percentages towards the total — check the specific bonus terms for details.

Yes. If you prefer to play without any active bonus — for example, if you want to withdraw your balance freely without meeting wagering conditions — you can decline bonuses at the point they are offered, or contact support to have an active bonus removed from your account. Some players find this simpler, especially if they want immediate access to their full balance.

89k is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If there is any doubt about a player's age, the account may be suspended pending verification. This policy exists to protect younger users from accessing gambling content.

The best approach is to set a personal budget before you start any session and stick to it, regardless of whether you are winning or losing. Decide in advance the maximum PKR amount you are comfortable spending in a day or a week and treat that as a fixed entertainment budget. Never play with money you cannot afford to lose, and never chase a loss by increasing your bets. Taking regular breaks during sessions also helps you stay in control.

Yes. If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can request a temporary account cooling-off period or a longer self-exclusion through customer support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications. We take these requests seriously and action them promptly. For more guidance visit our Responsible Gaming page.

Some things to watch for include spending more time or money than you planned, feeling irritable when you are not playing, borrowing money to gamble, neglecting work or family because of gaming, or using gambling as a way to escape stress. If any of these sound familiar, it is worth taking a step back. Gaming should always feel like entertainment, not a necessity. Read our Responsible Gaming page for practical self-management tips.

Everything You Need to Know About 89k

Whether you are brand new to 89k or a regular player who just needs a quick answer, this FAQ page covers the questions that come up most often. Below is some extra context on the most important areas of the platform for Pakistan players.

Getting Started Is Simple

Signing up at 89k takes just a couple of minutes. All you need is an active Pakistani mobile number, a username, and a password. Once your account is created, you can make your first deposit in PKR using any of the supported payment methods and start exploring the full platform. New members are greeted with a welcome offer — check your account promotions section after registering to see the latest deal available to you.

Payments Designed for Pakistan

One of the most common questions from Pakistan players is about payment options. 89k has made sure that the most widely used local methods are fully supported. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the most popular choices because transfers are near-instant and the apps are already on most people's phones. Raast is a great option for direct bank-to-bank transfers using Pakistan's real-time payment infrastructure. Cards and other mobile wallets round out the options, giving every player a convenient way to manage their PKR balance.

Cricket Betting at the Core

Pakistan is one of the world's biggest cricket markets, and 89k is built with that in mind. The Sports section prioritises PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral series, and ICC events. Markets go beyond simple match winners — you can explore per-over totals, player performance props, and live betting that updates with every delivery. During PSL season especially, the variety of markets and the speed of live odds updates make 89k a genuine destination for cricket fans who want to add some extra excitement to every match.

Casino, Slots, and Bingo Under One Roof

Beyond cricket, 89k offers a full casino experience. Live dealer tables bring the atmosphere of a real casino to your screen, with professional dealers running games of baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and more. The slots library covers everything from simple classic games to modern video slots loaded with bonus rounds, free spins, and jackpot features. Bingo offers something a little different — a community-style game that is relaxed, social, and easy to pick up. All of these sections are accessible from the main menu and work just as well on mobile as on a desktop browser.
